Basic Photography Workshop for Kids 2012

70th Nautical Birthday Celebration at Amaranth Garden Venue

Had the privileged of hosting the 70th Nautical Birthday Celebration of Ret. Capt. Samuel Flores at Amaranth Garden last March 31.  He's the devoted, loving, hardworking and down to earth father of Ms. Love and Dra. Rea Trinidad who were my contacts at Amaranth Garden.





"He defied the seas .." from Sir Sammy's AVP teaser and indeed he defied the seas as he was a very hardworking Captain of the Ship who traveled to different parts of the world in which Japan is his favorite. After retirement, he devoted his life by serving in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary Community.  And I'm sure all his family are so proud of what he had became of.  (Capt Sammy doing his Thank You Message)

It was also that day that we were celebrating the worldwide Earth Hour - 1 hour of "lights-off" in the venue to partake in that worldwide celebration.  And part of the programme was the "Fire Dance" by Dra. Rea Trinidad and I just have 2 words for it - "amazing" and "exemplary!"

Not so many are able to live their passion and I am thankful that I am able to live mine this early part of my life.  Thank you to Dra Rea and of course Ms. Love for the friendship, trust and income opportunity that they would give me whenever their venue needs my service.

Work and Bonding Time at ATC

After yesterday's hectic schedule - 9am meeting at Mango Farm, 2pm meeting at Megamall and a Hosting Gig for Amaranth Garden Venue, today will be another busy day for me.

I'll have another meeting at 11am but this day will be a special day as I'll be bringing my 2 angels with me - Gab and Pristine.

Thankful to God's overflowing and abundant blessings. Life is good especially if GOD IS YOUR PLANNER.

I was mesmerized with the Totally Mesmerized Choir and Acoustic Band

Disclaimer:  I'm not their manager hehehe, but I am one of their fans and aside from that I consider them as good wedding supplier-friend!


Meet Totally Mesmerized - a chamber choir and acoustic band rolled into one!  The first time I've worked with them was 2009 and since then as our businesses and reach as wedding suppliers grew, so was the friendship.

They can actually sing for both church and reception ceremony - inclusions of quartet singers with guitarist, keyboardist and percussionist.  Aside from that they are very flexible, accommodating and friendly ... in other words "walang ere, cool and down to earth".  And they are totally dedicated to unforgettable moments!  


I really enjoyed working with them especially with Shiela and Diane who never fails to answer all my queries.  Thank God for the friendship!  I guarantee their voice and song quality, I vouch for their efficiency and effectiveness and I'm sure any couple who book them will be totally mesmerized!

Wedding Expo March 2012 .. Another Successful Bridal Fair

Once again, all gratitude and praises to God for the wonderful blessings he has given me - for a successful bridal fair last March 10 and 11 at Themes and Motifs Wedding Expo Bridal Fair at SMX Convention Center.

 


Also thank you to ThemesNMotifs for the great marketing and promotional ads they made online, via print etc.  I can truly say that they never fail as one of the biggest bridal fair organizers! .. Joining them has always been a successful and humbling experience for me.

 

The bridal fair happened March 10 (Sat) and March 11 (Sunday) and we shared a booth with Ms Diana Kwong  (HMUA) at B23 Hall of the SMX Center.  The booth cost was all worth it as God gave us a solid wedding coordination bookings!

Aside from that other statistics I've had for that day that truly overwhelmes me includes a whipping 2,600 flyers given to bridal fair guests/walk in couples/registered couples, 2 important visitors in my booth, getting to meet once again my wedding supplier friends, an xx number of inquiries and bookings!

And who visited me during the bridal fair, they're not actors/actresses neither they were prominent figures but for me they were the 2 MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE, they are my VIP's, my happy walk - Gab and Jaimee!  I was the happiest coordinator, mother and person that day as I had the privilege to have a bonding time with my kids despite my busy schedule.

- Garden rental fee is P20,000 for 5 hours party time.
- In-house catering package available. Open to any outside caterer of the client's choice with minimal corkage fee.
- In-house PA system exclusively provided by YELL Audio at Php 4,000.

At the Beginning ... with my Kuya GAB

This is a non-wedding related post but I just had to share this one.  I am a proud mother of Gabriel who gives me more reason to work hard and smart and give the best in life that I can give him and to his little sister Jaimee.

Last March 19, 2012 at the Pan Pacific Hotel Ballroom, I attended my son's graduation rites and received his award - Gold Medal for Academic Achievement in the Nursery Level and another award for the Most Efficient Student in his level.  

 

 

 





I'm sure one day Gab will read this post, and I'd like to dedicate the song AT THE BEGINNING from the movie Anastacia to him (with a little twist in the lyrics)

Gen and Tetel ... Through The Years

I am giving this blog post tribute to two good friends who are great examples of true friendship, love and lifelong commitment - Mr. and Mrs. Genesis and Russel Binagatan.  With all my heart, I am truly happy with what they have accomplished not just in their careers but specifically to their marriage.  And I am truly blessed to be given this privilege to be their friend and their host during their wedding.

As their friend, I am so proud to have known them for over 10 years now.  Theirs was such a great love story that started way back in highschool, their love blossomed as they grew mature as well, their love was tested by time and trials but they stood by each other and fought all the battles together with God as the center of their lives.  Just thinking of what they've gone through makes me teary eyed and smile and at the same time makes me want to do a standing ovation as they exemplify what friendship, love and lifelong commitment really means.

To my dear friends - Gen and Russel congratulations and best wishes, you've already started your "happy walk" and I'm sure with Terence and Therese it will be more complete.  You have my prayers, my blessings and my love!
